Please call 01702 301111 as usual to reserve a vehicle.
On booking you will require the name of the driver, a contact number and details of where the vehicle is going.
You will also be required to provide debit/credit card details to confirm the reservation. This will include the card number, expiry date, security number and the full address that the card is registered to.
The driver will be asked to email their documents to us prior to collection of the vehicle. This will include a copy of the driving license, a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address (or proof of new address if the driver is moving) and a copy of the Drivers Summary which can be obtained from the DVLA website https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
If you can not provide the Drivers Summary, the drivers National Insurance number can be supplied.
To reduce the amount of contact when collecting a vehicle, the driver ONLY is required on site.
On arrival we ask you to maintain 2m safe distancing at all times.
Please enter the reception area if there are no other customers present.
If there are already customers at the counter we kindly ask you to wait outside using the safe distancing rules.
We have introduced Perspex guards and hand sanitiser to provide a safer environment for our customers and employees.

Enhanced Cleaning Procedures
What steps are being taken to clean the vehicles?
On top of vacuuming and general wipe-down cleaning, we are using a disinfectant to sanitise key areas between every rental, like the following:
- Key & key fob
- Center console
- Cupholders & compartments
- Areas between seat/console & seat/doorjambs
- Instrument panels
- Steering wheel & column
- Accessory panel
- Door interiors & pockets
- Door handles (interior & exterior)
- And other high-touch areas
We also have measures in place to immediately isolate and quarantine any vehicle if needed.
